Does DHA guarantee project delivery on schedule?
Yes. Meeting project deadlines is one of DHA's highest priorities when evaluating new project opportunities.
If our available resources are insufficient to meet the client's required schedule, we will honestly decline the project rather than accept it and risk late delivery. We believe that maintaining trust and delivering on our commitments are far more important than taking on work beyond our capacity.
Is BIM LOD 400 really necessary?
The required Level of Development (LOD) depends on the project type and the client's objectives.
For MEP contractors who need fabrication-ready shop drawings, LOD 400 is typically essential. For project owners primarily focused on quantity control, design coordination, and clash detection, LOD 300 may be sufficient.
DHA works closely with each client to recommend the most appropriate LOD based on the project's specific goals, scope, and intended use of the BIM model.
Does DHA provide BIM services outside Hanoi?
Yes.
DHA serves clients throughout Vietnam. Since BIM workflows are inherently collaborative and digital, most modeling and coordination activities can be performed remotely. Regular online coordination meetings and document sharing are conducted through a Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring efficient communication and project management regardless of location.
How does DHA handle international projects?
DHA has experience collaborating with international design teams and project management consultants on projects involving foreign stakeholders.
Our team is capable of working with bilingual (Vietnamese–English) documentation and follows coordination workflows aligned with international BIM standards and best practices. Strengthening our capabilities for international collaboration is a key part of DHA's long-term strategy as we continue expanding into global markets.
