Project Overview

DHA Engineering delivered comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for the Cooler Master Vietnam factory, a large-scale industrial manufacturing facility spanning 171,500 m² within the Gia Binh Industrial Park in Bac Ninh Province. Commissioned by Sigma, the project involved the development of a fully integrated BIM model combining the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems up to Level of Development (LOD) 300.

DHA's engineering team was responsible for translating design intent into a coordinated, information-rich digital model, enabling accurate spatial planning, clash detection, and system coordination across mechanical and electrical disciplines. The BIM process supported enhanced cross-team collaboration between the client, design consultants, and site contractors, helping streamline construction workflows, minimize on-site conflicts, and improve overall project efficiency.
